About Travis M. Averitt, DO

  • Dr. Averitt grew up in Temple, TX. In his free time, he enjoys hiking with his family and dog, cycling, and supporting the Texas Longhorns. So his favorite local spot is DKR Stadium on game days in the Fall! Otherwise, you can find Dr. Averitt in “any place that serves good coffee, BBQ, or tacos.”

I chose a career in family medicine because it gives me the opportunity to maintain a variety of skills and take care of all ages. I enjoy developing lasting relationships with my patients as we work together toward optimizing health. I practice up-to-date, evidence-based medicine within an environment that encourages and facilitates patients who are informed and involved in their health plan.

    The nurse that attended to me before the Doctor was very attentive and pleasant to speak with , had blood drawn and the lab technician was very professional didn't even feel the needle .Thanks ARC

    Like this clinic very much. Just hope my doctor will stay. The only concern I have is the frequent doctors change.
