It was great and the NP was so helpful!

  • November 5, 2022

She spent less than 10 minutes visiting me and then wouldn’t offer a resolution or help via messages. She instead was ready to prescribe medication that was unknown to relevant to my condition or medical history. When I asked for more information and a different script via message she sent me elsewhere. Had she taken more than 10 minutes on my visit with me she could have properly treated me in that visit. I instead had to seek help from an entirely different practice found on my own and thankfully got the help I needed today. My life was as in her hands and she ignored issues and did not offer me any timely care. She should not be practicing with ARC or honestly, anywhere.
