I believe each of us has a job to commit to being a force towards bettering our world, each bringing our own unique talents and skills. I carry that belief in my heart.
To me, medicine is not a job, a career, or a profession. Becoming a physician is committing to an identity. It is who you choose to be, always. It is a commitment to putting the care of all people front and center in all aspects of your life. I honor that physician identity by aiming to heal and comfort the sick without judgment and without regard to our differences, whatever they may be. It is my role in the healing of this world and my commitment as a physician and an individual.
In the words of Mother Teresa, ‘The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway. Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway.’

Dr. Kravitz is kind, thorough, patient, and understands the complexity of my medical conditions. When he asks questions, he actually listens to answers. He treats every patient as if they are the most important. He passes on his knowledge and his philosophy of caring for the whole person with medical students. Unfortunately getting an appointment can be tough as he is very much in demand. And you may have to wait to see him. Just know he will give you the same attention.

I wish I could give him 10 stars, because he is so good about explaining everything that’s going on in his mind processing what to do with me. I always feel like he covers everything I want to talk about, regardless of how much time it takes, and that makes me feel that he values my input regarding my view of what is happening in my body. I really respect that aspect of his bedside manner. I am always impressed at how current he is with all the new treatments! There are just so many aspects of Dr. Kravitz, that I appreciate and don’t take for granted, because I have seen probably 30 bad doctors. I trust Dr. Kravitz with my life, because he is so awesome. There are only two other people I can say that about. What higher respect and appreciation could I show that could be more than trusting him with my life? That pretty well says it all.
