About Racquel A. Sanchez, MD, FAAP

  • Dr. Sanchez was born into a military family and moved often, but when her father retired in Texas, that became her home. In her free time, Dr. Sanchez loves spending time with her husband, two dogs, and family. They enjoy traveling and trying to visit as many places as they can, especially the Seven Wonders of the World. They also keep active with going to the gym and outdoor activities with their fur babies. Locally, they are enjoying trying new foods and restaurants.

I value the opportunity to help make a difference in people’s lives by promoting healthy living, being able to help manage, treat, and educate about health care. I enjoy the positive impact I can make in a child’s life, whether it is listening to them enthusiastically tell me a story about their day, working with their families on optimal care for their child, or making my patients feel better when they are ill. I believe in listening to the concerns of my patients and their families, educating them, and devising an appropriate plan that will benefit the overall care of my patients.
