About Mitchell T. Walton, MD

  • Dr. Walton grew up in Round Rock, TX. When he is not working, Dr. Walton enjoys playing with his little dog, Mochi, hiking, spending time with his family, reading, and writing music. Being a Central Texas native, Dr. Walton has fond memories of Zilker Park and the aquifer, and now enjoys Bull Creek Park for some lovely hikes!

I love working in pediatrics because I can interact with patients at a critical time in their lives when I can offer help and advice in a way that will hopefully last for years to come. My approach to helping any patient solve a problem is to listen first, then I can better offer exactly the help children need. I enjoy developing a lasting relationship with my patients and their families. If we know each other, we can work together to help the children feel better. I am also passionate about equipping parents with all the tools they need to raise a healthy child.
