I chose a career in medicine so that I can be a part of a patient’s healthcare team to assist in guiding them toward overall better health for themselves and their families. Family Medicine is a field that allows me to have the extended continuity of care and rapport with patients and their families and gain their trust. With this trust, I believe in empowering my patients to be comfortable and knowledgeable of their own health such that they can advocate for themselves. I take a team approach, where you and your child are both actively involved in healthcare decisions. I use evidence-based medicine, enforcing strong scientific guidelines to ensure my patients are getting the most up-to-date and accurate information.
