About Miriam U. Nnabuihe, APRN, FNP-C

  • Miriam grew up in New Jersey but also spent seven years in Nigeria. In her free time, Miriam likes to relax, but she enjoys cooking for her family, K-dramas, working out, and growing her faith through sermons and reading the Bible. Among her favorite area locales is Zilker Park, “for picnicking and play.”

    Learn more about Nurse Practitioners.

I’ve been interested in health care since watching my mom in my younger years in her capacity as a registered nurse at the time, and through the years, she too has advanced, as have I. She showed compassion and empathy towards her patients, and I wanted to emulate her in caring for others. I base my care on my spiritual experience and the foundation that I am not my own, and my mission is to love my neighbor as I love myself, treating others in a way that would please God.

I have seen Miriam U. Nnabuihe once before and really like that she cares for patients and their wellbeing. Yesterday, I requested my insurance company to indicate Miriam Nnabuihe as my provider because she listens, is very helpful and cares about her patients. I am happy she will be the one I see for my appointments.

I liked that when I told the Dr about my issue the immediate response wasn’t to find what medicine I should take but rather what vitamins and foods I can try/ stay away from to see if that helps the issue. Also liked quickness of visit and lab test
