    Great care

  • August 15, 2025

Dr. Cole always takes time to discuss things with me and doesn’t make me feel rushed.

  • August 12, 2025

Dr. Cole was very engaged and answered all my questions. I appreciate his office staff, nurse, and his expertise.

  • August 11, 2025

    Professional and on time.

  • August 8, 2025

The app, staff, and nursing team were exceptional—efficient, courteous, and attentive. Unfortunately, the experience with the physician fell short of expectations. While I fully understand that medical professionals face demanding schedules and external pressures, effective care involves more than clinical expertise alone. From the moment the doctor entered the room, there was no eye contact, no attempt to build rapport, and the interaction felt hurried and impersonal. It gave the impression that my visit was an inconvenience rather than a professional obligation. I’ve had the privilege of being treated by many compassionate and communicative healthcare providers; regrettably, this encounter did not reflect that standard.
