Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) doctors, staff, and leadership are committed to providing our community with high quality convenient care. One of the ways we demonstrate this priority is through our online transparency.
You can review our provider ratings and comments on our web site with the confidence that they are all based on verified visits. We post all patient feedback relevant to the entire visit and only refrain from posting comments that are libelous, profane, or those that risk the privacy of our patients.
The below guide provides details about how we collect and share our patient feedback.
Patients for whom we have a mobile phone number receive a text survey within two hours of checking in for their visit. Patients are asked to complete the survey and provide ratings and comments regarding their experience at different touch points of their visit. We use this feedback to recognize doctors and staff, identify issues we can correct, and enhance our care.
ARC posts all positive and negative patient feedback that is relevant to the entire visit. We refrain from posting comments that are libelous, profane, or those that risk the privacy of our patients.
ARC asks questions that touch on the overall patient experience related to their visit. Anyone seeking detailed information about each question can view the ratings for each specific question on the Reviews tab on the provider bio page on the website. We calculate our provider star ratings based on the responses to question number six below. We calculate our location star ratings based on the responses to all the below questions.
Since more recent data provides a more accurate picture, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys per doctor in the last 12 months before we post a physician’s rating.
ARC physicians and staff review all comments and act to rectify issues. Since the purpose of the feedback is to allow us to improve the overall patient experience, we display the last 90 days of comments which are the most relevant for the practice.
No. Only patients having an outpatient visit by an ARC physician receive a survey. The results are based entirely from patients who have actually been treated by the physician in our clinics.
Comments are reviewed and approved prior to being published to the website. If a comment contains any personally identifiable information, that information will be removed from the comment.
Dr. LeBoeuf grew up in Austin. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, young son, and two dogs. The family likes going on long walks in the neighborhood, taking their dogs to Zilker Park, going out on Lake Austin, and exploring new restaurants around Austin, as well as the Austin music scene. Among Dr. LeBoeuf’s favorite area locales are the Texas Hill Country and South Congress shops and restaurants.
I chose pediatrics because I have a passion for working with children and a desire to make a lasting impact on their lives. Being a pediatrician gives me the chance to build trusting relationships with families and the joy of seeing children grow and thrive. Parenting is incredibly challenging, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to raising children. My role is to support parents by providing guidance and resources to help keep their children healthy, safe, and happy. I partner with families, offering reassurance and evidence-based advice tailored to their individual needs.
ARC Pediatrics provides behavioral evaluations to gather information to help your child and family.
Developmental and Autism screenings are tests that help diagnose developmental challenges in children.
A flu vaccine can help prevent flu-related visits each year. CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older get vaccinated every flu season.

ARC pediatric eye exams check eye health and scan for amblyopia risk factors, blurry vision, farsightedness, nearsightedness, vision loss, and more.
Immunizations are a safe, effective way to protect children from diseases, including some cancers, as well as hospitalization, disability, and death. It is important to maintain routine immunizations during a pandemic or other public health emergency to prevent further outbreaks.

Rating based on "Did the healthcare provider or doctor provide the care you expected?"
We had a really positive experience during our visit. The front desk staff was polite and made sure we knew what to expect and where to go, which made things feel smooth right from the start. The nurse was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything step by step to my daughter in a way she could understand, including what was being done and why. After vitals and the eye exam, we were brought back and asked a few questions. The provider came in shortly after, went over everything thoroughly, and discussed our family medical history. Labs were ordered just to be safe, which I appreciated. Even though it was close to closing time, we never felt rushed. I felt like we were truly listened to and able to explain our concerns. The nurse later came back in to give shots, and the appointment overall was quick but still very thorough. We were also informed that the lab across the street was closing soon and that they were expecting us, which helped a lot. Since it was my child’s first time getting blood work, I was especially grateful that the phlebotomist was calm and explained everything step by step, helping keep her at ease. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely made me consider switching to this location for future visits.
Everything is excellent.
Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Thank you to all the staff for being so patient and kind. Being a mom is hard and there’s days we struggle but coming in is just so huge knowing I will enjoy how every person there just gives such positive energy and attitude. Lovely people!
I urgently needed an appointment for my child who had an issue last week at school. When we were turned away from our usual PCP office we were able to get a same day appointment tent with ARC and went straight to the required treatment. I am so grateful for the care you’ve provided.
