Patient Reviews

Rating based on the helpfulness of the doctor's nurse and/or medical assistant (MA)

It was a forty five minute wait to get my blood drawn after seeing the doctor

  • November 8, 2022

While staff are generally efficient and polite, and a “hello my name is … and I’m Dr so-and-so’s nurse/assistant/whatever ” could be a nice touch since we’re humans not bots. I liked Dr K and her assistant in general, and this was my first time seeing them. I may have selected the wrong reason code which may have impacted the visit. That said, it’s generally the same experience with people not saying their names or who they are. It’s also ok to ask “did I pronounce your name correctly”.

  • November 7, 2022

Everyone was friendly and helpful, did seem a bit rushed though.

  • November 2, 2022

    Quick, good work. Smart doctor.

  • November 2, 2022

I like this doctor and her nurse very much. Always have; expect that I always will. What’s not to like?

  • November 2, 2022

I would like to be able to schedule things one month out at the furthest.
