The telemedicine visit was remarkably convenient and efficient. The virtual platform was easy to use. The consultation was professional with clear video and audio quality, making it feel just like an in person visit.

The Dr was very informative of his diagnosis, why he was prescribing the specific meds and why my symptoms were affecting me that way. It was very educational and after I took my Rx, I already feel so much better! I had no idea I had just allergies but everything made sense! I was using the wrong over the counter drugs and treating the cough. Very happy with my visit and definitely didn't feel like just a number even though the visit was quick with diagnosis.
