I love doc, she warm and understands peoples needs. Very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand. I feel like she really sees the person not just the patient. Doc has a way of making you feel comfortable and seen!
Dr. Bhagat is the best healthcare provider I have ever seen and I hope to be able to see her as long as I’m alive.
Very attentive and reassuring
Long wait times almost every appointment.
I felt the phlebotomist was maybe new or didn’t exactly have a lot of experience…. She wasn’t poking me right and had to do it twice and I ended up passing out which has never happened to me. I don’t want to fault her but I’ve gotten my blood drawn a lot and never experienced what I did today. The nursing staff were amazing in helping me through the situation…. One of them was ven put my super long super thick hair up with a PEN to allow air to get to my neck. I felt like my mom was taking care of me but it was the nurses. I really appreciate all of them as it was a scary situation.
First visit with this doctor. She was very kind and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Took time to listen to my issues.
