Meagan grew up in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She moved to Austin in 2016 “on a whim” to escape the snow and “fell in love” with the city. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants with friends, running and swimming, snuggling with her cats and watching TV, or just “enjoying the sunshine or the rain” on her patio. Her favorite hobby is traveling – especially to Greece, Estonia, and Bali. When asked about her favorite area spot, Meagan says she loves everything about Austin!

Learn more about Advanced Practice Nurses.

Following a 10-year career as an RN in Trauma, the Emergency Room, and sexual assault, I wanted to shift my career from an injury and disease-focused perspective to a person-focused perspective. I take a holistic approach, focusing on the whole person, not just the presenting ailment. I believe that achieving optimal health involves emotional, psychological, and spiritual prosperity in addition to physical well-being. My background allows me to create a safe space where my patients feel comfortable entrusting me to collaborate in their health care.

Convenience of visit and quick help I need without leaving home due to illness and not possibly infecting others with my illness.

  • November 29, 2025

I appreciate the attention to detail and showing me ER medical discharge details I did not know of the details. APRN Delaney is providing on-going care after the ER.

FNP Meagan Delaney was very friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. She addressed all of my concerns, found solutions, and provided other treatment options if needed. I know my family and I are in good hands with her.

Everything was perfect , I felt welcomed and heard. All my questions were answered and felt like the team really cared to help me

The pre-appointment call and the appointment both went really well. The RN listened and we were able to get me setup with what I need. The only issue was that the appointment was about 20 minutes late. That being said, it was still good and the people were excellent.
