  • How to pay?

    Whether you are a patient whose healthcare plan requires a copayment for each office visit or you have more complex payment requirements, we welcome your business, and our financial counselors will work with you to understand your healthcare plan's payment requirements.

    Your account balance is printed on your ARC payment receipt and may change as new charges and payments are posted. Please plan to pay at the time of service.

  • Where can I find my account number?

    You can find your account number in the upper right area of your invoice.

  • Is there an extra After Hours fee or charge?

    All office visits after 5:00pm Monday – Friday and all weekend and holiday visits include an office visit fee plus a $35 After Hours fee that some insurance plans cover. If your insurance plan does not cover the After Hours fee, we will send a billing statement for your review and payment.

  • Who do I contact if I have a question about my bill?

    If you have any questions regarding your bill or would like your account balance, you can contact our Customer Service in the following ways.

      Monday - Friday 7:30am – 9:00pm
      Saturday - Sunday 7:30am – 5:00pm

    Please include the following in all messages:

  • Why did I get a bill for services I thought would be covered by my insurance?

    We receive many questions about medical bills that patients assumed would be covered by their insurance plan. Please know your insurance benefits before your visit. Otherwise, you may find yourself with additional expenses that we cannot control as a medical group. The documents below from Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) and Texas Medical Association (TMA) can help you better understand some of the most common questions we get.

  • What is the cost to complete FMLA paperwork?

    A $25 fee will be charged prior to the completion of FMLA forms or other paperwork not directly related to medical insurance reimbursement of charges incurred at our office. Please allow five business days for the completion of these forms.
