Very informative, genuine, and listens to your concerns. Offers options.

This was such a waste. Dr. Simpson didn’t help me at all, and as soon as my test results came back, she clearly wanted me out of the exam room asap. She didn’t want to answer questions, she didn’t want to help me. She told me 30% of patients have the same outcome as me; but she’s not prepared to answer questions to help those patients find relief for their symptoms. I learned more from Google by searching my symptoms and test outcomes. There actually are proven diagnoses, dating back more than 15 years, which Dr. Simpson didn’t mention at all. I’m considering not coming back to any ARC practitioners after this experience. There are better doctors outside of ARC, who actually listen to their patients.

  • August 21, 2024

She listened, she examined, and she explained the next steps to deal with my medical condition that I requested help with. It was all I hoped for!

Everyone was great. My only criticism is that it took me over 6 weeks to see Dr. Simpson.
