About Daniel T. Coelho, MD

  • Dr. Coelho currently has long wait times for new patients. Please see below for the physician he recommends to new patients wanting to transfer or establish care at ARC.

If Dr. Coelho is your primary care physician, please book your appointment via your ARC MyChart account or call 512-ARC-INFO (512-272-4636).

Dr. Coelho was born in Brazil and moved to Connecticut at an early age, growing up in both places. When he’s not at work, he enjoys salsa dancing, crossfit, and exploring the city. Being new to the area, he looks forward to recommendations of places to enjoy in Central Texas.

I chose medicine because it was a challenge. Being an immigrant, I did not want to take my parents’ hard work for granted. I’ve always loved working and being around people, and Pediatrics has allowed me to be an advocate and a healer. I believe that every person in my exam room has a voice, and I try to make sure that the parents and children have all their concerns addressed before leaving the room. In addition, I use my patience, warmth, and humor to connect with the children and really make sure that they feel comfortable in the exam room.
