    Dr. Dvoskin grew up initially in Ukraine. When his family moved to the U.S., he predominantly grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and Miami, Florida. When he is not working, Dr. Dvoskin enjoys automotive sports and fiction writing. One of his favorite area locales is the Circuit of the Americas.
