About Sujeong Kim, MD

  • Dr. Kim spent most of her adult life in New York state, most recently in New York City. In her free time, Dr. Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

I chose Pediatrics because kids are fun, resilient, and truly deserving of the best care. It is hard to see a child unwell, and I believe no child should have to suffer from preventable illness. My goal is to work together with families to keep children safe, healthy, and thriving. I like to partner with families and make decisions that include parents and, whenever possible, with kids, too. Because so much of a child's health happens outside the doctor's office, I do my best to listen and understand the psychosocial factors that may affect their care.

Great doctor, listened patiently and understood my daughter’s concerns very well. Took the time to hear us without rushing, asked the right questions, and explained everything clearly. The suggestions and guidance given were thoughtful, practical, and truly appropriate for my daughter’s age and situation. We felt heard, reassured, and confident after the visit. Very compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a doctor who genuinely cares and takes a holistic, sensible approach.
