Extremely efficient. Everyone was very nice. As a new patient I had hoped to have more time to discuss my health/history with the doctor, but I’ll hope that unfolds during my next visits.

I love Dr. Brinkman I think she’s really great in the way she helps people with the way she explains things! Her bedside manner is helpful, informative, empowering, encouraging, inspiring, motivating for me to take good care of myself! I found it helpful that in the middle of the night a couple of days ago that I could log into my chart and schedule an appointment with Dr. Brinkman! Additionally, I found it helpful that while I was there in the waiting room that I could go over to Dr. Mason’s area and set up an appointment with the person who is sitting at the desk! The person at the desk was very helpful Kind encouraging, supportive empathetic! Additionally, the woman who took me back, who is always taking me back to my doctor break or an appointment I always find her encouraging. Happy to see me and helpful at the stressful moment of getting on the scale. I’m not overweight at all , but I don’t particularly enjoy getting on the scale in the afternoon and she was very kind during my way in process which matters a lot to me.
