Dr. Pratt as always goes above and beyond for me. She is the best doctor I have ever had including specialists. I can not express how grateful I am to be under her care. Her MA is also always amazing it’s so good to see her face to face! There have been times when I’ve had to bother her 5 days a week. She’s excellent and patient even when I know I must have been giving her nightmares. Dr. Pratt and MA are a power team ARC should recognize and be proud to have on their team!

I don’t really feel I needed this appt today. But I guess my insurance requires me to have this so I can get referrals which are also required

Dr Pratt engages easily with patients. She hears the patient's concerns, then responds fully, knowledgeably, and clearly. Her concern for the patient's welfare is obvious. Having Dr Pratt as my PCP gives me comfort:)

Dr. Pratt was very helpful and addressed all of my questions. The nurse was very pleasant. The Lab Technician was wonderful. I don’t typically look forward to getting blood draws, but she honestly makes it so much better.

Dr. Pratt was extremely helpful in discussing the concerns that I had on my first visit with her. I appreciated being able to get my lab work done at the same time as my appointment. The information sheet that Dr. Pratt's medical assistant gave me with all of the information that we discussed was also very helpful. Thank you to ARC for a great experience!!
