Dr. Cauvin was both professional and personable. He listened to how my injury happened and his examination led to diagnostic X-rays right away. He explained to my husband and me his observations of my injury and referred me to an orthopedist for further diagnostics. He gave me a hinged walking brace before I left his office. My husband and I liked Dr. Cauvin; an excellent visit.

The doctor was rude and condescending. He spoke more to my daughter who accompanied me as though I am just a stupid old person. My daughter was there because she provided transportation. Dr Cauvin talked over me and wouldn't let me ask questions.

Dr. Cauvin was personable and conversational and reassuring.

Thankful for the telehealth option even though I still needed to go in the office for Covid and flu tests. Doctor explained everything and let me know what to expect for next steps.

Dr took careful time to listen and really cared. Got right to issue and resolution. Thank you!
