The doctor was very polite and provided us great advice. Our only unfortunate encounter was having to submit my insurance only to be told there was not one on file at the clinic and we may not be seen until one was provided when the insurance had already been uploaded.

Dr. Rashid is was respectful to my child, he was patient, professional, and informative. We would be happy to see him again and recommend him to others.

  • April 11, 2024

We liked that we were able to have the appointment on the same day. We requested twice for an excused note for my son’s daycare twice, one from the scheduler and the 2nd from the medical assistant. The front desk clerk and the physician’s service were not friendly
