It was at a young age that I knew I wanted to be a part of something that met people at their most vulnerable state with a heart of compassion and empathy. I believe in listening to the patient, allowing them to feel seen and heard, and then coming alongside them to help find a solution that works for their specific needs. It’s knowing who the patient is and understanding what their health and wellness goals are that enables me to partner with them to achieve those goals.

From the Security post to the check in process went smoothly, the nurse who took me to the exam room was courteous and had a good sense of humor, I have a walking disability and she promised me she wouldn’t run away from me. The doctor aide that came in to talk with me was very informative and calming as she explained everything to me, she made sure I fully understood the printed instructions and about the overall process and procedure that I had scheduled for next week. I really appreciate the entire ARC Team, professional, caring, calming and not in a rush to get you out the door, the other thing I was impressed with was how quickly I was brought to the exam room after checking in, about 3 minutes. Thank You for having a professional organization.

I felt that I was in excellent care the entire visit. I felt that I was thoroughly examined. My concerns about my healthcare were discussed and I felt comfortable. I very much appreciate the visit in helping me continue treatment I'm looking for. Thank you to the doctor, nurse, and desk staff.
