About Jennifer L. Mitchell, MD

Growing up, I saw the effects of uncontrolled chronic conditions, specifically diabetes. I chose medicine to fill the need for preventive care in addition to managing chronic conditions in order to prevent complications. I strive to treat each patient like a family member or friend so we can set and reach healthy goals together.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Mitchell. I was very impressed with her and the staff also. This visit was very family oriented. My daughter and I had back to back appointments, yet we were allowed to go in together. The in take nurse was very thorough with each of us individually. Then, Dr. Mitchell came into the exam room and she was very patient and thorough with both of us. Answered all questions and provided all that we needed. I was really pleased with my visit especially since this visit was me selecting a new primary care physician.
