Dr Perez is always concerned about my health and makes sure I get the treatments I need. He is patient, kind and caring.

I don't usually go to the doctor because of the wait time and usually nothing is done and I leave with no answers. The wait time to go back was quick and the MA, Doctor, and tech were very helpful in helping me understand what could be wrong and ordered test to be done and secured a appointment with a specialist. The test that needed to be done requires a blood draw which I hate because I usually get a lab tech that cannot find my vein and goes fishing. The lab tech did a amazing job and I didn't even feel it which is a first for me. Thanks and good job to all that I encountered today. I have never had this good of a experience as I did today with any doctor, MA, tech, and lab tech ever. Kudos to the team.

I cannot say enough good things about my telehealth visit with Dr. Kenneth Perez. It was truly a 100-star experience. He took the time to listen to my concerns and address them thoroughly, but what really stood out to me was how he remembered details about my health and life that most doctors tend to forget. He is not robotic like many physicians I have encountered, but instead truly personable and caring. I am so grateful to have him as my primary doctor for many years. Thank you, Dr. Perez, for your exceptional care and attention to detail.
