Why wouldn’t I want to be an Ob/Gyn? I am privileged to care for women at every stage of their lives. I chose a career in medicine so I could help improve the quality of life of the women in my community. I believe in providing every woman with consistent, compassionate, evidence-based medical care. Before I became a medical provider, I sometimes felt I was not being heard when relaying my healthcare concerns, so I strive to listen to and educate my patients.

Dr. Mello was very professional/respectful, informative, and kind. She talked through each of the steps as she went, answered all of my questions, and honestly restored my faith in doctors. Scheduling was really smooth, the staff very helpful, and the clinic is very neat. I definitely recommend.

MA was very helpful and went above and beyond. Dr. Mello was very kind and straightforward. I feel very comfortable with her.

Everone was nice and helpful, and I got my appointment right away thank you

  • May 13, 2024

The wait time was not good. My appt was at 9:40 & I didn’t go back to the room until almost 10:20. Thank goodness I was off work that day & so I had the extra time to spare. Dr.Mello was nice & provided good information. It was my first visit with her, so the only thing missing was that we didn’t discuss any of my prior history coming there in previous years with another Dr. that I has now left.

  • May 10, 2024

Today I had to wait over an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I understand when things come up or there is a delivery however, scheduling MDs to be on call for inpatient while scheduling them back to back outpatient visits is not a good business model. It’s not good for the doctor or the patient. Particularly when the EMR is down for Ascension.

  • May 10, 2024

Dr. Mello is very thorough and explained everything during my visit. She made sure I had time to ask questions and bring up any concerns. I highly recommend her
