I’ve
always been fascinated by all things medical/human body related, and knew from
childhood that I wanted to be a nurse. Nursing as a caregiving profession
merges with the science of medicine to satisfy my intellectual curiosity and my
desire to help others. I chose to become an advanced practice nurse so
that I could develop deeper relationships with my patients as a collaborator in
their health and wellness journey. I believe providers and patients are
partners in health care, and that each person’s definition of health and
wellness is different. I enjoy meeting patients where they are and helping them
achieve goals to have the best quality of life that is right for them as
individuals.
