I chose medicine because it was a great combination of science and teaching. I chose a career in Pediatrics because being part of a child’s growth and development is incredibly rewarding. I strive to create relationships with my patients and families built on mutual respect and trust.
Dr. Estrada grew up in rural New Mexico. She began her early career in Urgent Care/Emergency Care before transitioning to Hospital Medicine, where she taught medical students and residents. She is excited to now practice in primary care. Dr. Estrada has an adorable chihuahua she enjoys, in addition to the outdoors, dancing, country music, and spending time with her family and friends.
