As my dad loved to cook and my mom was always into fitness, I inevitably developed a passion for both. Growing up, I always knew that I wanted to impact the world in some way, and found that when I was introduced to the world of dietetics/nutrition. Becoming a registered dietitian meant that I could merge my passions for food, fitness, and changing lives into one career path. What more could I ask for? It’s my dream job! As a dietitian, I prescribe food, as I truly believe that if we have a good relationship with our food, then food can be our medicine..
Starting week of March 30th Chelsea’s schedule will be as follows:
- Mondays: SW 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Tuesdays: SW 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Wednesday: Far West 7:00am to 4:00 pm
- Thursday’s: Kyle 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
In her free time, Chelesa enjoys training for races/running, hot yoga, and exploring new parks and museums with her daughter and husband. They love traveling, adventure, and learning about new cultures. Naturally, Chelsea’s family loves food and enjoys trying out new and fun recipes any chance they get! Among her favorite local places are Blue Hole in Wimberley, TX, or Secret Beach in East Austin. And she loves to eat at Jack Allen’s Kitchen and shop at The Herb Bar.
