More Info

I became a family physician to treat the whole patient – mind, body and soul. I like to work with my patients to improve their quality of life, focusing on lifestyle and fitness. I listen to their goals and aspirations in life and wellness to create a plan that will guide them to success, and I try to lead my patients by being an example of nurturing the body and exercising. 80% of chronic diseases are preventable, and I work with my patients to help keep them from becoming part of that statistic.
