Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) doctors, staff, and leadership are committed to providing our community with high quality convenient care. One of the ways we demonstrate this priority is through our online transparency.
You can review our provider ratings and comments on our web site with the confidence that they are all based on verified visits. We post all patient feedback relevant to the entire visit and only refrain from posting comments that are libelous, profane, or those that risk the privacy of our patients.
The below guide provides details about how we collect and share our patient feedback.
ARC partnered with Press Ganey to collect patient feedback about their doctor’s visit. We gather feedback from text surveys that are sent after the visit. Press Ganey is an independent third party customer feedback company that provides the technology to collect the feedback and display ratings and comments on our web site. All ratings are submitted by actual patients and verified by ARC.
Patients for whom we have a mobile phone number receive a text survey within two hours of checking in for their visit. Patients are asked to complete the survey and provide ratings and comments regarding their experience at different touch points of their visit. We use this feedback to recognize doctors and staff, identify issues we can correct, and enhance our care.
ARC posts all positive and negative patient feedback that is relevant to the entire visit. We refrain from posting comments that are libelous, profane, or those that risk the privacy of our patients.
ARC asks questions that touch on the overall patient experience related to their visit. Anyone seeking detailed information about each question can view the ratings for each specific question on the Reviews tab on the provider bio page on the website. We calculate our provider star ratings based on the responses to question number six below. We calculate our location star ratings based on the responses to all the below questions.
Since more recent data provides a more accurate picture, we require a minimum of 30 patient surveys per doctor in the last 12 months before we post a physician’s rating.
ARC physicians and staff review all comments and act to rectify issues. Since the purpose of the feedback is to allow us to improve the overall patient experience, we display the last 90 days of comments which are the most relevant for the practice.
No. Only patients having an outpatient visit by an ARC physician receive a survey. The results are based entirely from patients who have actually been treated by the physician in our clinics.
Comments are reviewed and approved prior to being published to the website. If a comment contains any personally identifiable information, that information will be removed from the comment.

In her free time, Dr. Berry-Roberts enjoys going to the park with her family, kickboxing, and finding new uses for old treasures (bargain shopping!). One of her favorite pastimes in Austin is enjoying movies on the lawn at the Long Center for the Performing Arts.
I chose my career in Ob/Gyn because of the opportunity to care for women through various stages of their lives, and help them see that their well-being is just as important as the well-being of those they take care of every day. I believe in listening to my patients so they know that their voice is valued in the healthcare process. I treat patients with respect and gratitude for entrusting me with their health or the health of their loved ones.
According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), adolescents should have their first routine gynecologic visit between ages 13 and 15 years old, which includes an introduction to the gynecologist or advanced practice clinician (APC) and general health counseling, as well as discussion of any concerns.
The annual gynecological exam is a yearly preventative and diagnostic examination that helps monitor any ongoing physical or hormonal conditions. The examination typically includes a routine breast and pelvic exam and may include a screening for sexually transmitted diseases such as chlamydia or gonorrhea.

I love Dr. Roberts! This was my first visit with her. My first impression of Dr. Roberts? She is friendly, professional, insightful, and a good listener. I will gladly recommend her to my family and friends.
Dr. Berry-Roberts is not my usual OBGYN, but I really appreciated my visit with her. I get a lot of anxiety around these appointments as I'm expecting my first child and I generally have a worst case scenario mindset. Dr. Berry-Roberts was very direct and to the point and explained my results in a way that was very easy for me to understand. The visit was very quick and left me with no questions, which I, and maybe most, can appreciate when you're sitting half naked on the exam table.
Ms. Crystal was amazing!!! She was very personable and answered all my questions with a smile. She made me feel comfortable during such an intrusive exam.
Dr Berry Robert?s was able to answer my questions and she?s super friendly
I like how she not only asks about how I'm doing and her assessment of the baby, but she is also aware of other stressors going on in my family and checks about them.
Dr. Berry-Roberts was gracious enough to squeeze me into a busy schedule for an early ultrasound and office visit, due to my health history. During my visit, the Ultrasound Tech was gentle, informative and friendly. As always, the MA was bubbly, efficient and warm. By no surprise, Dr. Berry-Roberts was amazing, as usual. I’m 8 months postpartum & would have never dreamed of being excited about being pregnant again this soon if it weren’t for her. I don’t even live in Austin anymore but choose to continue coming to this location just for her! She explained my ultrasound in further detail on what was seen vs what was expected based on the timeline & her expertise. What I’m most grateful for is her continued ability to be realistic and transparent about all the possible outcomes of my pregnancy based on my ultrasound and tests. Because of her wonderful bedside manner, I went from being upset and pessimistic about not seeing exactly what I expected on the ultrasound to being at ease and more informed overall. I can’t say enough great things about her! I’m forever grateful that she brought my beautiful, healthy, daughter into this world and I’d love nothing more than being able to have her do that again(for as many as we have)!
