I practice evidence-based medicine with an emphasis on diet and exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to keep medication to a minimum. However, when it’s time to treat a condition, whether through medication or surgery, I believe in treating it aggressively. Moreover, I believe in patient education, so I have a short discussion on my patients’ medical condition(s) during a visit. I listen to my patients and include them in every step of the medical decision-making process.
