Labor Day hours

Labor Day, Monday, September 1: ARC Far West, ARC Round Rock, and ARC Southwest After Hours Clinics will be open 8am - 5pm on Labor Day, Monday, September 1. All other ARC clinics will be closed in observance of Labor Day.

Measles - Local update

Local health departments have not recommended additional vaccination beyond current guidelines. Texas health officials urge immunization to protect against and prevent the spread of measles. ARC has received additional vaccines for children and adults to keep the community protected. Read our measles vaccination guidelines.

ARC MyChart Update: Due to updates to ARC MyChart, it will be unavailable Saturday, September 6, 7:00pm – Sunday, September 7, 7:00am. You will receive an email about the updates. Call 512-272-4636 to schedule a visit or speak with a nurse.

When your physician or advanced practice clinician (APC) refers you to another specialty for care, you can view the referral details and contact customer service for assistance from one place.

View your referral details

  1. Log in to ARC MyChart.
  2. Go to Menu > Referrals.

  3. You can view the referral status in the top-right corner. Click on View details to open the full referral. If you have questions, click on Contact customer service for assistance.
