Navigate to your personal information and account settings

You can get to your personal information and account settings from the menu bar on ARC MyChart.

Access and update your personal information

1. Log in to ARC MyChart.
2. On the top menu bar, click on your profile icon.
   
3. Click on Personal information.
   
4. You can update your contact information, including address, email, and phone number, as well as other details like your preferred name, gender identity and pronouns, and emergency contacts.

Access and update your account settings

1. Log on to ARC MyChart.
2. On the top menu bar, click on your profile icon.
   
3. Click on Account settings.
   
4. You can manage your password and passkey settings, notification preferences, remembered devices, and account.
