ARC MyChart Updates

  • Passkey to login into the app: You can now use a passkey to log in to your ARC MyChart app. Click on “Or log in with Username and Password” to see the Log in with passkey option.
  • You can get ready for your appointment before or after check-in: If you didn’t have time to complete your pre-visit steps before checking in for your appointment, no worries! You can now click Get Ready on your appointment tile before and after checking in to complete the steps before your clinician calls you back for your visit.
  • Designate emergency contacts: You can now designate one of your patient contacts as your emergency contact in your personal information in MyChart.
  • MyChart mobile version 11.4 or later is now required: With the addition of these new features, you must now use MyChart mobile version 11.4 or higher to use the MyChart app. Unfortunately, this means support for the following iOS devices is discontinued: iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone SE (Gen 1), iPad mini 4, and iPod Touch (Gen 7).
