Verify your mobile phone and email address in ARC MyChart

ARC MyChart sends security verification codes for login and other functions to safeguard your protected health information (PHI). To ensure that you receive these codes, you will need to verify your mobile phone number and email address in your ARC MyChart account.

To verify your mobile phone and email address in ARC MyChart:

  1. Log in to ARC MyChart.
  2. Go to Your Menu > Personal Information (under Account Settings).

  3. Click on the green Verify button in the Verification needed window at the top of the Contact Information screen. If you do not see this notice, your mobile number and email have already been verified.

  4. Click on Verify new email or Verify new phone to receive a verification code.

  5. Enter the code you received and click Verify to verify your email or phone number. For the most access, we suggest you verify both. When you chose email, make sure to check your Spam folder if you did not receive the code.
