ARC After Hours Clinics will be open on Labor Day, Monday, September 2: All ARC After Hours Clinics (ARC Cedar Park Building C, ARC Far West, ARC Kyle Plum Creek, ARC Round Rock, ARC Southwest) will be open 8:00am - 5:00pm.

If you have received a letter from UnitedHealthcare (UHC) stating that any of the providers listed below are out-of-network, please be informed that refers to their former practice. The following physicians and APC remain in-network at ARC, and you may continue seeing them without any changes to your coverage:

Perrigo infant formula recall

Perrigo Company has issued a recall of a batch of HEB Premium Infant Formula with Iron Milk-Based Powder and CVS Health Premium Infant Formula with Iron Milk-Based Powder due to elevated vitamin D levels, which could pose a risk to infants with kidney conditions. The affected products were sold in several states, including Texas.

Download your visit and health summaries in ARC MyChart

Download a visit summary

You can download one or multiple visit summaries in MyChart. A short health summary (previously named Lucy Summary) will also be downloaded.

  1. Click on Your Menu, then select Document Center.

  2. Click Visit Records. If you are on the mobile app, you will be redirected to your account on your mobile internet browser.

  3. Choose a Single Visit, Date Range, or All Visits.

  4. The short health summary and visit record(s) can all be previewed and downloaded from this screen.

Download a School Health Summary

The School Health Summary includes health information commonly requested by schools, daycares, and other organizations. This includes an Asthma Action Plan, if your child has one in place with ARC.

  1. Click on Your Menu.
  2. Click on Sharing Hub.

  3. Click on Download School Health Summary in the “Already know which sharing option you want?” section.

  4. Mark the acknowledgment checkbox and click Request Download. The page will redirect to your Requested Records, and you’ll be notified when the summary is ready to download.
