Labor Day hours

Labor Day, Monday, September 1: ARC Far West, ARC Round Rock, and ARC Southwest After Hours Clinics will be open 8am - 5pm on Labor Day, Monday, September 1. All other ARC clinics will be closed in observance of Labor Day.

Measles - Local update

Local health departments have not recommended additional vaccination beyond current guidelines. Texas health officials urge immunization to protect against and prevent the spread of measles. ARC has received additional vaccines for children and adults to keep the community protected. Read our measles vaccination guidelines.

ARC MyChart Update: Due to updates to ARC MyChart, it will be unavailable Saturday, September 6, 7:00pm – Sunday, September 7, 7:00am. You will receive an email about the updates. Call 512-272-4636 to schedule a visit or speak with a nurse.

Manage your authorized sharing for providers outside ARC

Care Everywhere allows outside organizations that you visit access to view information in your Austin Regional Clinic medical record when you receive care from them. You can view and renew these agreements in your sharing hub.

View the organizations that have been authorized to access your record

  1. Go to Menu, then Sharing Hub. You can also go to Menu, then search Authorize Sharing in the search bar.
  2. You can choose which organizations you see outside of ARC to share your record with. You can view active agreements and renew expired agreements.

If you would like to revoke access or opt out of Care Everywhere Authorized Sharing, you can do so by submitting a written request to ARC Compliance and Risk. Please call ARC MyChart Support at 512-272-4357, Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm for assistance.
