COVID-19 vaccine update - 3/17/24

ARC has a limited supply of COVID-19 vaccines from Pfizer for ages 6 months and up. Patients can request the vaccine at already-scheduled visits. You can also schedule online at MyChartARC.com or call 512-272-4636. If online scheduling is not available, please check back frequently as COVID vaccine quantities change.

Update your ARC MyChart app

Austin Regional Clinic takes patient privacy very seriously, and we work to ensure that your Protected Health Information remains secure. The newest version of the MyChart app has important security updates to make sure your information continues to be protected.

A new start up screen

When you log in to your MyChart app for the first time after the update, you will see a new welcome screen and set up options.

The app asks if you would like to share your location or add another organization. There is no need to add ARC back, it is still connected.

Updating the ARC MyChart app on different devices

iPhone or iPad: If you use the MyChart app on your iPhone or other mobile Apple devices, you will need to update your iOS to iOS 16.2 in order to continue using the app. It will, unfortunately, not work if your system is running an older iOS. If your device cannot upgrade to iOS 16.2, you can still access your MyChart through your phone's browser – Google Chrome or Safari - at MyChartARC.com.

WatchOS: WatchOS devices on WatchOS 9.0 or newer can upgrade to the latest operating system, and update the MyChart app.

Android: Android devices on Android 9 or newer can upgrade to the latest operating system, and update the MyChart app.

You will still be able to use MyChart if your device is not updated to the versions above. However, you will need to update MyChart until you have updated your device’s operating system version.

How to update the ARC MyChart app

If you have automatic updates enabled, you may not need to take any action. If you do not have automatic updates enabled, follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
  2. Search for MyChart, and click Update. The correct MyChart app icon has a red folder with a heart on it.
  3. If you have the latest version, the update button will instead say Open, and no further action is needed. If you are prompted to update the app, please do so.
