Cancel or reschedule appointments in ARC MyChart

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment through MyChart. Note: not all appointment types can be rescheduled through MyChart.

How to cancel an appointment in MyChart

1. Navigate to Visits, then Upcoming & Past Visits.
2. Select the appointment you would like to cancel.
3. From the Appointment details screen, choose Cancel. 

How to reschedule an appointment in MyChart

1. Navigate to Visits, then Upcoming & Past Visits.
2. Select the appointment you would like to reschedule.
3. From the appointment details screen, choose Reschedule. Note: This will only appear on visits you can reschedule in MyChart and will not be an option for all office visits.
