Cancel or reschedule appointments

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment through MyChart. Note: not all appointment types can be rescheduled through MyChart.

How to cancel an appointment in MyChart

  1. Log in to your ARC MyChart account.
  2. Navigate to Visits, then Upcoming & Past Visits.
  3. Select the appointment you would like to cancel.
  4. From the Appointment details screen, choose Cancel. 

How to reschedule an appointment in MyChart

  1. Log in to your ARC MyChart account.
  2. Select Visits to view your upcoming appointments.

  3. Click on the tile for the appointment you’d like to reschedule.

  4. Click on Reschedule appointment.

  5. Select a new date and time for your appointment. The location and clinician you scheduled with usually remains the same.

  6. Select your reason for rescheduling and add a note. Click on Book Now. Your new appointment details will display.
