Schedule a flu shot appointment or mark it complete

Flu shot appointments can be scheduled and marked complete through ARC MyChart.

Schedule your flu shot in ARC MyChart

1. On your home page, click on the Schedule an Appointment tile.
   
2. Click on Immunization.
   
3. Click on Flu Vaccination and follow the scheduling steps to complete scheduling.
   

Mark your flu shot complete in ARC MyChart

If you got your flu shot elsewhere, you can let us know by marking it complete in ARC MyChart.

1. Go to Your Menu.
2. Click on Preventive Care.
   
3. Find the Flu shot tile and click on Mark as complete.
   
4. Enter the date you got your flu vaccine and click Accept.
   
5. Your care team will review and confirm the information in your medical record.
