Use Health Summary for a broader view of your health

Manage more of your health with Health Summary. You can see an overview of your goals, medications, test results, current health issues, and more on one simple screen. You can also find quick links to other parts of your MyChart account.

Go to Health Summary

1. Go to Menu, then Health Summary.
2. Click on the link at the bottom of each tile to navigate to the full page in your MyChart.
