Security updates and improvements
Easily recover your MyChart account
and reset your password with streamlined account recovery.
Third-party applications like Apple Health are removed if you choose to deactivate your account. If you choose to reactivate your account, you can add these applications back.
Login passkeys are removed when your account is deactivated, or the password is changed through account recovery.
You can add a passkey
in your account settings.
Confirm proxy access
before viewing your loved one’s account: MyChart will send a text or email notification that your proxy request has been granted, or that an adult family member or friend has invited you to obtain access.
More messaging control
Choose when you get your test results
: By default, you can see results as soon as they are available, even if your physician or APC has not been able to review them. Now, you can choose to get them on a delay to give your clinician more time to review them before seeing them yourself.
Manage multiple messages
to more easily maintain your Inbox. You can mark multiple messages as read, unread, or archive instead of working one by one.
Update your MyChart ap
MyChart mobile app version 10.3 or newer
is required. This means that the app for iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6 Plus will be discontinued. You can still access MyChart through your web browser on these devices.
