COVID-19 vaccine update - 3/17/24

ARC has a limited supply of COVID-19 vaccines from Pfizer for ages 6 months and up. Patients can request the vaccine at already-scheduled visits. You can also schedule online at MyChartARC.com or call 512-272-4636. If online scheduling is not available, please check back frequently as COVID vaccine quantities change.

Send an attachment to your provider in ARC MyChart

You can send an attachment to your provider through ARC MyChart.

  1. Log in to your ARC MyChart and click on Message in the Menu bar.
  2. Click on Messaging Guidance and navigate through the guidance to determine if sending your provider a message is the best recommendation.
  3. If messaging guidance directs you to send your provider a message, you will complete the message as usual, then click the paperclip icon to attach an image or PDF file. There will be a link in the recommendation that will take you to messaging. Note: files must be 5MB or smaller, and only one file is allowed per message.

If you have a document larger than 5MB or with multiple pages, you can bring it in to be added to your record at your next visit.
