Recover your account

Recover your account if you forgot your username or password on MyChartARC.com and the mobile app, provided that there is a valid email address on file and all patient demographic information is up to date.

How to recover your account

  1. Visit MyChartARC.com or the mobile app.
  2. Click on the Forgot login information? link above the Log In button.

  3. Enter the email address or phone number you previously used for 2-step verification in the field, then click Send Code to receive a verification code.

  4. Enter the code you received and click Verify.

  5. Enter your date of birth and click Next.

  6. You'll get an email/text notifying you that your account was recovered, and MyChart will take you to a page to either reset your password or log in.

When you recover your account, any passkeys like FaceID or login codes will be cleared for security. Once you are logged back in, you can add your passkey again. Learn how to set up a passkey.

If for any reason you become locked out of your account, perhaps you've attempted an incorrect password more than five consecutive times, ARC MyChart Technical Support will need to assist you with reactivating your account. Please call ARC MyChart Technical Support, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, at 512-272-4357 (512-ARC-HELP).
