Local health departments have not recommended additional vaccination beyond current guidelines. Texas health officials urge immunization to protect against and prevent the spread of measles. ARC has received additional vaccines for children and adults to keep the community protected. Read our measles vaccination guidelines.

ARC MyChart downtime

ARC MyChart downtime: Due to technical maintenance, ARC MyChart will be unavailable 7:00pm Saturday, May 17 to 7:00am Sunday, May 18. To schedule a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatric appointment during this time, please call 512-272-4636 and press "1". You can reach all-night phone nurses by calling any clinic and pressing “4” to speak with a nurse.

Get your test result notifications once a day with Daily Summary

If you prefer to get one notification about test results instead of receiving one every time a new result is released, you can turn on Daily Summary. With Daily Summary, you receive a single text message between 8:00am - 10:00am notifying you of any new test results from the day before. Learn how to activate Daily Summary below:

  1. Go to Your Menu.
  2. Click on Communication Preferences.

  3. Click on Health, then Advanced Settings to expand for more options.

  4. Under test results, click the checkbox to opt for a daily summary which sends a single text message notification for all test results released the day before.

  5. Click the green Save Changes button to confirm your selection.

When there are no new test results in your MyChart, you will not receive a Daily Summary notification. If you need a test result sooner than you receive the daily summary, you can still log in to ARC MyChart to view once it has been released. You can also choose to turn off the Daily Summary feature in your communication preferences in the future.
