As Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) continues to grow and evolve, so does our orthopedic surgery department. We now have seven orthopedic surgeons and seven advanced practice clinicians (APCs) providing care to patients across six ARC locations, including ARC Cedar Park Building B, ARC Far West, ARC Greenlawn Specialty, ARC Medical Park Tower Orthopedics, ARC South 1st, and ARC Southwest.
Recent physician and APC highlights include:
- We welcomed Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, Akshay Yadhati, MD, FAAOS, to our practice in November 2025. Dr. Yadhati, an experienced spine surgeon who recently relocated to Central Texas, currently sees adult patients at ARC Medical Park Tower Orthopedics, ARC Greenlawn Specialty, and ARC South 1st.
- Erin Dunlap, MD, and Michael Andreo, MD, specialize in hip and knee care, and joint replacement surgery.
- Dunlap sees patients at ARC Far West, ARC Medical Park Tower Orthopedics, and ARC Southwest.
- Andreo sees patients at ARC Medical Park Tower Orthopedics.
- Victoria DeMichel, PA-C, and McKenzie Lavengco, PA-C, joined ARC last year and are working with Dr. Dunlap. They cover a broad geography, from Cedar Park and Round Rock, to Central and South
Austin, improving access for new and established patients in need of care for hip and knee arthritis, joint injections, and more.
- Jeffrey Padalecki, MD, Gregg Vagner, MD, Dr. Dunlap, and Dr. Yadhati will relocate from ARC South 1st and ARC Southwest to the new ARC South Specialty location in late spring.
- The orthopedic team works closely with our five sports and musculoskeletal physicians to maintain a high level of access to quality care.
