Dr. Date was born in India, moved to the United States at age seven, to Houston at age eight, and Texas has been her home since. In her free time, Dr. Date enjoys cooking, reading (special interest in ancient civilizations and history), gardening, and birding. Dr. Date and her husband have two grown children and a dog “that is the baby of the family” and also requests a nightly walk! She enjoys the many interesting Central Texas spots where nature displays its beauty.

The inspiration provided by a close family friend who was a physician, my interest in the biological sciences, and the service-oriented aspect of medicine all led to my desire to become a doctor. I believe that health care is a partnership between the patient and provider.

  • August 29, 2025

Dr Date is the ultimate medical professional. My entire family is extremely fortunate to have her as our primary care physician! Doctors like her are the reason we rely on ARC for so many of our medical needs.

  • August 29, 2025

Dr Date was thorough. She completed an actual physical exam, which I appreciated, since in my experience, doctors have usually done a cursory assessment that consisted of a quick listen to my lungs and nothing else. So I really was impressed with Dr Date.

  • August 28, 2025

She was extremely competent and had a great bedside manner. If I didn't already have a PCP, I'd definitely choose her as my PCP.
