New ARC MyChart features
Next time you log on to MyChart, you may notice updated features like two-factor authentication and simplified page navigation.
See the updates below:
- Choose to activate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) through an authentication app like Duo Mobile or Microsoft Authenticator, in addition to activating 2FA via email or text.
- Add a passkey to your ARC MyChart account for a more secure login through a desktop or laptop web browser. Learn more.
- View and renew consents on the new Authorized Sharing page to share health information with another clinic that uses Epic. Learn more.
- Navigate to personal information and account settings from the home bar. Learn more.
- See a broader view of your health in the new health summary view and navigate more easily to other pages such as test results, medications, and more. Learn more.
- View referral details and contact customer service more easily on the new referrals page. Learn more.
- View allergy test reports in their own new location. Learn more.
- Go to Account Settings (previously Security Settings) to change passwords, setup other secure login options, manage communication preferences, and more. Learn more.
- See more information in your teen's MyChart profile for new visits (beginning in September 2025), including visit summaries and notes. Effective September 1, 2025, Texas Senate Bill 1188 requires that health care providers give parents (and managing conservators or guardians) complete and unrestricted access to a minor's electronic health record immediately, unless access to all or part of the record is restricted under state or federal law or by a court order. Grant caregiver access to a loved one for help managing your care
If you would like a family member to help you with your MyChart account, call MyChart Support to help you send them a Caregiver Access invitation from your account. Once that family member has Caregiver Access, we can assist you and them with your MyChart account.
