All ARC MyChart users must update their MyChart mobile app to the newest version by 4/26/22.

Austin Regional Clinic takes patient privacy very seriously, and we work to ensure that your Protected Health Information remains secure. The newest version of the MyChart app has important security updates to make sure your information continues to be protected. You will not be able to access the app after April 26 without the update.

Only the iPhone 6S and up and Android 5 and up can upgrade to the latest MyChart version.

iPhone or iPad: In order to update to the newest app version, you must be on iOS14. The iPhone 6S and later is able to upgrade to this iOS version, however iPhone 6 and older cannot. If your device cannot upgrade to iOS14, you can still access your MyChart through your phone’s browser – Google Chrome or Safari - at mychartarc.com.

Android: Android devices on Android 5 or newer can upgrade to the latest operating system, and update the MyChart app.

How to Update the ARC MyChart App

If you have automatic updates enabled, you may not need to take any action. If you do not have automatic updates enabled, follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
  2. Search for MyChart, and click Update. The correct MyChart app icon has a red folder with a heart on it.

  1. If you have the latest version the update button will instead say Open, and there is no further action needed. If you are prompted to update the app, please do so.
